For this project, we had to envision ourselves as graphic designer.
We were assigned to create a logo for our own personalized website. Our logo needed to have "the building blocks of geometry". It also had to meet the certain requirements to be considered useable.
The logo I created spells out my first name and meets all requirements, consisting of :
- 2 obtuse angles - 1 plane
- 2 acute angles - 1 point
- 2 right angles - 1 instance of parallelism
- 2 straight angles - 1 instance of perpendicularity
- 3 line segments - a line segment being bisected
- 3 rays - An angle being bisected
- 3 lines

Reflection
This project was one of my favorite projects we have done this quarter. It was lots of fun to design.
The hardest part of this project was figuring out where each geometry requirement would fit best while still being able to clearly read the logo. To figure this out, I used my Thinking and Problem Solving skills. I arranged a specific order in which each requirement would go. I plan to improve on this skill by asking myself questions and answering them until I have a clearer understanding.
